The Current State of Carrier Payments in 2020

Carriers and brokers have a number of options when it comes to how they prefer to manage the payment process. To gain more insight into the key drivers of these preferences, FreightWaves recently partnered with TriumphPay to conduct a survey to learn how brokers are adjusting to fit the evolving needs of their carriers. The survey yielded insights from carriers around the factors they consider when selecting a payment process, while brokers were surveyed about payment terms, processes and the overall experience.
