Tropical Storm Ida

“Stay off the subways. Stay off the roads,” Mayor Bill de Blasio told the people of New York City Wednesday as Ida’s remnants caused major flooding (forecast video included).

Hurricane Ida’s flooding and winds have led to impassable roads in parts of southeastern Louisiana.

Carriers, shippers and receivers should begin preparing as Ida could be a major hurricane Sunday at landfall in the northern Gulf Coast.
