FMC reviews 20 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 20 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ASL Global Logistics, Humble, Texas (Nidal Y. Younes, chief operating officer); and Cargo Distribution Export, Miami (Charlie Diaz, president);.
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from ATI Container Services, Miami (Claudia M. Hermo, president); B2B Global Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Won Bae Lee, president); CDS Air Freight, Dulles, Va. (Philippe Pierson, vice president of ocean exports); friendship logistics, Springfield, Va. (Feras Hindi, member); Global Logistics New Jersey LLC, Rutherford, N.J. (Ohmoon Kwon, manager); Han C. Kim, Los Angeles (Han C. Kim, sole proprietor); International Cargo Shipping, North Hollywood, Calif. (Hovannes “Leo” Bagdasarian, member); Knight Global Solutions, Chesterfield Township, Mich. (Donald E. Finnerty, president); LOA, Inglewood, Calif. (Robin G. Djordjevic, president); and Talwin Transport Service, Doral, Fla. (Orestes G. Wrves, secretary).
   The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Transport Logistic International Corp., Medley, Fla. (Juan J. Avendano, vice president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Everplus Logistics, Old Tappan, N.J. (Yun S. Kang, president); Forward System Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y. (Philip Po, secretary); Global Container Line, Seattle (Kevin J. Krause, vice president of pricing and supplier management); and Worldwide Integrated Logistics, Miami (Chadi Karam, vice president); and for trade name changes from Fastway Moving and Services Corp., Secaucus, N.J. (Luciana Lina, secretary); Fastway Moving and Storage, Wilmington, Mass. (Luciana Line, secretary); and Nakamura Air Express (U.S.A.), Los Angeles (Shiro Kobayashi, operating officer).
