The agency also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Famous Target Corp., Jamaica, N.Y. (Rende Li, president); and Greatwell USA, Santa Fe Springs, Calif. (Peter Gonzales, vice president); and an ocean freight forwarder license application from Luemar, El Paso, Texas (Luis E. Martinez, manager).
In addition, the FMC received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Acme International Auto Transport, Lewisville, Texas (Carol L. Erwin, director of the international division); and from MGL (USA), Diamond Bar, Calif. (Jimmy K. Lueng, chief executive officer); for the addition of trade name Kestrel Liner Agencies Ltd. from Kestrel Liner Agencies LLP, Miami Lakes, Fla. (Steven J. Keats, vice president); for a name change to Expedited Logistics and Freight Services from ELFS Management, Houston (Marshall “Mike” L. Womack, vice president); and for transfers from Mirach Shipping, Baldwin, N.Y. (Kamran Ali, president) to Allpoints Unlimited; and from Port-Air Express CHB to Port-Air Corp., Brooklyn, N.Y. (Eugene Weiss, president).
