FMC reviews 30 OTI license applications    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 30 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Cargo Infinity USA, El Monte, Calif. (Jean L. Niu, president); Embarque Bandera Shipping, New York (Amelio De Jesus Cabrera, president); Embarque La Espanola Corp., Elmhurst, N.Y. (Jose L. Jorge, secretary); VIP Cargo Services, North Plainfield, N.J. (Raja E. Ahmed, president); and Wilson Transportation, Overland Park, Kan. (Jerry G. Owen, vice president).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Cargonauts USA Corp., Doral, Fla. (Miguel O. Gonzalez, president); JP Forwarding, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Joel Parnes, president); Unifreight Logistics, Inglewood, Calif. (John C. Chang, president); VR Logistics, Edison, N.J. (Govind 'Gary' Bhagat, president); KG & Dons Express Shipping Import, Bronx, N.Y. (Sampson S. Nyarko, president); and Sapia Logistics, Houston (Vernon Darko, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from A&J Cargo Logistics, Miami (Jose L. Iglesias, president); Coco's International Movers, Miami (Macarena L. Scalia, director); Ocean Wave, Gig Harbor, Wash. (Karen M. Teng-Raine, president); Sterling Relocation Americas, Wilton, Conn. (Timothy M. Trout, vice president of transportation services); Tatra Shipping Co., Bridgeview, Ill. (Peter Mincik, president); Trans Knights, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Rachel Zhu, president); and World Wide Express, Miami (Marius Marcinkevicius, manager).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from A.J. Arango, Tampa, Fla. (Roslyn A, McKenna, vice president); American Red Ball International, Seattle (John Griffin, president); American Vanpac Carriers, Seattle (John Griffin, president); Atlas Van Lines International Corp., Seattle (John Griffin, president); Headwin Global Logistics (USA), Inglewood, Calif. (Bing S. Jiang, chief financial officer); Mitsubishi Corp. LT USA, Schaumburg, Ill. (Keiju Yamazaki, president); and Blue Carrier Line, Red Bank, N.J. (Mary 'Mickey' McKenna-O'Brien, president); for trade name changes from Capital Logistics CHB Corp., Miami (Manuel G. Viegas, president); and SDS Trans, Jamaica, N.Y. (Si Yual An, president); for license transfers from Genex Logistics, Staten Island, N.Y. (Genevieve Fortunato, managing member); and JDB Logistics, Sarasota, Fla. (Karen L. Ambrosia, president); and for a business structure change from Eastern Express Cargo, San Diego (Alex O. De Guzman, president).
