   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 49 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from AC Shipping, Newark, N.J. (Alexander Yanushko, president); Alliance Cargo System, Staten Island, N.Y.
