ABC starts Atlanta service

   The Boeing 747 freighter service operates on Fridays and Sundays and connects Hong Kong and the United States to Atlanta via Los Angeles, “maximizing cargo connections to the growing U.S. market for ABC’s customers in Hong Kong and other Southeast Asia gateways such as Hanoi and Singapore,” the carrier said.
   In addition to Atlanta, ABC now offers scheduled all-cargo services to and from Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles, with onward connections to Europe and further to the airline’s locations in Russia and Asia.
   “During the first 10 months of 2015, we have doubled our volumes on China-U.S. routes. To provide our customers with better quality of service and to ensure their expectations are met quickly and efficiently, the addition of Atlanta to our network infrastructure means customers can enjoy local support here too,” said Robert van de Weg, ABC’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, in a statement.
   ABC has been increasing its presence in the United States since starting its Chicago flights in 2011.
