FMC reviews 24 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 24 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 24 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Greatway Logistics Group, Doral, Fla. (Richard W. Robinson, manager); In-Time Shipping Corp., Jamaica, N.Y. (David Bransfield, president); Orbit Logistics Group, Pico Rivera, Calif. (Hugh Wan, president); TPLogix, Gardena, Calif. (Michelle Ann D. Balderian, secretary); iShip It Right, Daytona Beach, Fla. (Andrey Shmakov, vice president); and Lighthouse Shipping, Davie, Fla. (Paul R. Hughes, member).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from A1 International Services, Miami (Freddy Fortieh, manager); Atlantic Freight Brokers Corp., Brooklyn, N.Y. (Hillel M. Tuchman, vice president); and Mili & Associates, Homestead, Fla. (Alexis Mili, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Spectrum International, Roselle, N.J. (Edmund J. Cienava, member); and Elite Freight Logistics, South El Monte, Calif. (Fengtong Zhu, member).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Bayani Commercial, Tukwila, Wash. (David O. Patacsil, president); Destination Freight, Los Angeles (Javier E. Messarina, member); International Trade Logistics, Linden, N.J. (John M. Callea, vice president); Pacific Crossing Logistics, Carson, Calif. (Bonghyun Ryou, president); FML Logistics, Torrance, Calif. (Desmond C. Chandiram, president); Grupo Delpa Corp., Miami (Adriano D. Ribeiro, vice president); Idea Global, North Charleston, S.C. (Thomas Demuth, manager); J-MAR Overseas Transport, Houston (Robert C. Whiteley, executive vice president); SJ Logistics America, Englewood, N.J. (Eun “Leslie” Ryu, chief executive officer); Unico Logistics USA, Torrance, Calif. (Mehdi Monshizadeh Tehrani, chief executive officer); United Transport Services Corp., Miami (Carlos A. Villegas, vice president); and WELL Worldwide Energy Logistics, Houston (Eric M. Woeke, vice president); and for a name change to PCI Logistics from Plane Cargo Inc., Irving, Texas (Colin Travis, president).
