FMC reviews 22 OTI license applications

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Body Language Shipping & Cargo, Staten Island, N.Y. (Taofeek Adeleke, chief executive officer); C&C Logistics, Orange, Calif. (Myoung W. Shin, president); Franco Shipping Group, Medley, Fla. (Ricardo Franco, president); and Smart Cargo Services, Miami, Fla. (Aymara Sucre, director).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Ambika Shipping Miami, Miami, Fla. (Hilda C. Leon, manager); Dux Forwarding Corp., Miami, Fla. (Jaime F. Hernandez, president); Global Shipping Solutions, Montville, N.J. (Elena Domino, member); Go Move/USA, Jersey City, N.J. (Fatima S. Calderon, secretary); JR Express Solutions Corp., Miami, Fla. (Jorge L. Roa, president); and North American General Agents, Tampa, Fla. (Howard S. Posner, president).
   The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Logistics Team Corp., Miami Gardens, Fla. (George A. Camacho, director of business development).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Aztec Marine Agencies, Beaumont, Texas (Misty R. Hassler, vice president of exports); CMA CGM Logistics USA, East Rutherford, N.J. (Christopher P. Capodanno, managing member); De Well Container Shipping, City of Industry, Calif. (Fang Cheng, chief executive officer); Exclusive Global Logistics, San Diego, Calif. (Bowhan Kim, president); Schaefer Trans, East Rockaway, N.Y. (Josue S. Cruz Fernandez, vice president); and Star Cluster Logistics, Irvine, Calif. (Jaehoon Yu, vice president); for the addition of trade names EGL from Efrinsa Global Logistics, Miami, Fla. (Christian Urquizo, director); and SR from S&R (Marine Services), Rotterdam, Netherlands (Peter F. Spiering, president); and for name changes to XPO Global Forwarding from Concert Group Logistics, Carol Stream, Ill. (Dominick Muzi, president); and Ocean World Lines and RF International, Carol Stream, Ill. (Henrik Jorgensen, vice president).
