FMC reviews 32 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 32 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from American General Logistics, West Covina, Calif. (Xinquing Ran, president); Chijioke Samuel Ilochonwu, Houston (Chijioke S. Ilochonwu, sole proprietor); EXL Logistics, Miami (Macelo Kroeff, vice president); TFC Partners, Jacksonville Beach, Fla. (Charles R. Cain, manager); and Tripoli Shipping Services, Houston (Misel Repak, chief operating officer).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Final Mile Logistics, Atlanta (Robert Gentzke, chief operating officer); Harvest Logistics, Los Angeles (Aurora Banuelos, member); Miac Logistics Corp., Miami (Yelena Jimenez, vice president); Sel Logistics (JFK), Flushing, N.Y. (Leo Chiu, vice president); Transtoria Logistic & Solutions, Pembroke Pines, Fla. (Victoria R. Mendiolaza, director); Triton Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Modesto Gil, vice president); and Worldwide Autos, Tampa, Fla. (Yusef M. Madani, managing member).
   The FMC received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Abaco Logistics Corp., Miami (Manuel T. Soto, vice president); Alliance Pacific Corp., Smyrna, Ga. (Simon J. Button, chief executive officer); and Royal Global Express, Santa Fe Springs, Calif. (James E. Barkley, vice president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from APL Logistics Ltd., Singapore (Anthony M. Zasimovich, assistant vice president); CMA CGM Logistics USA, East Rutherford, N.J. (Nicalaos Fafoutis, chief compliance officer); D&D Transport, Meridian, Miss.
