FMC reviews 28 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 28 license applications and changes for review. 
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Atlantic Cargo Logistics, Deland, Fla. (Dietmar Lutte, managing member); Deep Ocean International Logistics, Houston (Sandra Lesage, member); JP Express Shipping Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Felipe Vasquez, president); KazTransLimited, Shymkent, Kuzakhstan (Petr Ugay, general director); and Swift International Logistics, West Orange, N.J. (Michelle Dachot, president). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Alexis Cruz, New York (Alexis Cruz, sole proprietor); Carrytech, Orange, Calif. (Sang Yul Lee, member); Global Expeditors, Avenel, N.J. (Maher Doughan, member); Madkem Logistics, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Thomas Salako, vice president); OES Logistics, Cerritos, Calif. (Chiae Leem, president); Overseas-Forwarding Int. Schiffahrts Speditionsgesellschaft, Hamburg, Germany (Gabriele Awads, vice president of American affairs); Premiere Logistics, Redondo Beach, Calif. (Richard K. Lowery, chief executive officer); and Transmar, Miami (Hugo A. Villanueva, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from ABC Trucking and Logistics, Atlanta (Anthony C. Ogbodo, chief executive officer); Global Shipping & Freight International, Tampa, Fla. (Wissam Bahloul, president); Rafael Castillo, Compton, Calif.    In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from C.H. Robinson International, Eden Prairie, Minn. (Kenneth D. Sine, vice president of ocean services); Global Link Logistics, Tucker, Ga. (Brian Pinkett, vice president of operations and information technology); Sterling Relocation Americas, Wilton, Conn. (Sharon Phipps, vice president of transportation services); and T&B Master Logistics, Carson, Calif. (Jun Hyun Park, president); for license transfers from ARCA International, Orlando, Fla. (Richard J. Clarke, secretary); Jetta Cargo Services, Hawthorne, Calif. (Ping “Johnny” Chan, secretary); and Seastar International Group, Bridgewater, N.J. (Ying Zhao, president);for trade name change from Ocean Star International, Coral Springs, Fla. (Joshua Morales, president); and for a name change from Matson Logistics Warehousing, Concord, Calif. (Steven T. Rubin, vice president).
