FMC reviews 12 OTI license applications

FMC reviews 12 OTI license applications   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 12 license applications and changes for review.
  The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from APLUS Worldwide Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Alexis E. Parejo, president); AtsaCargo, Miami (Arcenio T. Nunez, vice president); Bayanihan Cargo International, South San Francisco, Calif. (Manuel A. Espinosa, president); Contour Logistics, Hatboro, Pa. (Vera Sumetskaya, president); and GAC Energy & Marine Services, Houston (Yalonda R. Henderson, vice president).
  The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Da-Wood Trading, Port Wentworth, Ga. (Francis Lucas, chief executive officer); Ron Logistics, Miami (Jose A. Ron, director); and TRC Transport Intl Corp., Miami (Arcenio Taveras Nunez, president).
  The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from eShipping, Parkville, Mo. (Matthew P. Weise, vice president).
  In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Cargo One, Great Neck, N.Y. (Yoji Kurita, chief executive officer); DVN Carriers, Bellaire, Texas (Charles R. Griswold, president); and Multimodal International Shipping, El Segundo, Calif. (Michael P. Ambrosia, secretary).
