FMC reviews 35 OTI license applications    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 35 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Air Sea Containers, Doral, Fla. (Alan H. Bond, president); Ali Ismailzada, Medhi Ismailzada and Gary Sachs, Oakland, Calif. (Gary Sachs, partner); Blue Horizon Shipping, Miami (David V. Rico, president); Business Solution Partner, Herndon, Va. (Marina K. Komova, president); Dennis Shipping Int'l, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Dennis Hawthorne, president); G&F West Indies Shipping, Boston (Duncan B. Greenwood, president); H&Y International Cargo Services, Miami (Hismel Garcia, president); Legend International Transport, Los Angeles (Jacqueline Benabe, chief financial officer); Marcel Ogouliguende and Kevin Essone, Sugar Land, Texas (Marcel Ogouliguende, partner); Morgan USA Logistics, Jamaica, N.Y.    The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Alpha-Raleigh USA, Newark, N.J. (Hakeem K. Bisiolu, member); Beagle Shipping, Miami (Paola Rebellon, operations manager); E-Cargoway Logistics USA, Carson, Calif. (Susan W. Lee, chief financial officer); Eurosur Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Gilberto A. Altuve, manager); Lynx Global Corp., Miami (George T. Ackler, president); Silver Lake Auto, St. Antony, Minn. (Bilal Haidri, president); Super Trans Lanes, College Park, Ga. (Wai Kwan Tang, president); and Transatlantic North America, Bensenville, Ill. (Peter G. Weinberger, president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from G&G Auto Sales, Clearwater, Fla. (Darius Ziulpa, member manager); MBA Logistics, Brighton, Mich. (Martin J. Stapleton, member); Pegasus International, Oak Brook, Ill. (Yu Cai, president); Shahi Logistics, Sacramento, Calif. (Lisa L. Germen, vice president of operations); and South Cargo, Miami (Jenny R. Contreras, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Agility Logistics Corp., Irvine, Calif. (Michael G. Gargaro, vice president); Fortune Seasons Corp., Pico Rivera, Calif. (Kevin Yang, secretary: Gruden USA, Hoboken, N.J. (Carmen T. Rodriguez, secretary); and Landstar Global Logistics, Jacksonville, Fla. (Thomas A. Ming, vice president of international operations); for trade name changes from BBC Freight Line, Commerce, Calif. (Douglas E. Garcia, secretary); and Green Line Shipping & Logistics Services, Apple Valley, Calif. (Monwar Hussain, president); for a license transfer from Gator Source and Supply Co., Miami (Victor Rickards, president); and for a business structure change from Base Ventures International, New Brighton Minn. (Oluwaseyi E. Olawore, president).
