FMC reviews 20 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 20 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Amarine Shipping, Compton, Calif. (Myung Shin Chang, chief executive officer); Bar Global Logistics, San Leandro, Calif. (Lilibeth O. Arroyo, president); JTL Logistics USA, China, Calif. (Jingyan “Joy” Tang, president); KWIC Shipping, Bolingbrook, Ill. (Kimberly A. Whisler Wagner, member manager); Miami Shipping Cargo, Miami (Rafael Rosario, president); Nhi Luu, Eastvale, Calif. (Nhi Luu, sole proprietor); OM Global Shipping Lines, Union City, Calif. (Dharmendra Kanjani, president); and Piton Logistics, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Marlene Sookram-Sirju, president). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from CNX America Corp., Compton, Calif. (Wade L. Chuang, president); Ford Global Enterprises Ltd., Fairfield, Calif. (Matthew S. Ford, president); and King City Forwarding USA, Pittsfield, Mass. (Michael Hilburn, president). 
   The FMC received an ocean freight forwarder license application from BJJ Enterprise, Jasonville, Ind. (Daouda A. Lawani, member).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Beagle Shipping, Miami (Ricardo Tovar, president); Fast Track Worldwide Logistics, Miami (Sonia C. Aquado, manager); Hitachi Transport System (America), Torrance, Calif. (Mary M. Crockett, assistant to the president); LV Shipping (USA), Humble, Texas (Keri Gullory, chief officer of operations); Norgistics North America, Iselin, N.J. (Richard Kenyon, president); SDC International, Van Nuys, Calif. (Kfir Cohen, president); and Unit International, Jacksonville, Fla. (Sydney R. Purvis Jr., president); and for a name change to Silver Brilliant Logistics from Silver Brilliant Logistic, City of Industry, Calif. (Billy K. Chan, secretary).
