FMC reviews 29 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 29 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 29 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Acrocargo Express USA, City of Industry, Calif. (Zhengyang “Steven” Sun, vice president); Dynamic Cargo Services, Pearland, Texas (Ali A. Zaher, member); MSN Logistics, Streamwood, Ill. (Mohammad Shariq, president); Sublime Intertrade, Gardena, Calif. (Marina B. Krasotkina, secretary); 3M Logistics, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Xiucong Yang, president); and Grand Logistics Networks, Peachtree City, Ga. (Seong Ho Park, member).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Nelson Shipping, North Miami, Fla. (Nelson Fernandez, member); E-Freight Logistics, Los Angeles (Mahmudur Rahman, ocean freight manager); Logistics Outlet, Bloomingdale, Ill. (Sohrab Khan, member); MAZ Logistics, West Jordan, Utah (Faryal Sheik, member); MR2 USA Corp., Doral, Fla. (Luis Lucas, chief operating officer); Oluwasegun Baiyewu, Houston (Oluwasegun L. Baiyewu, sole proprietor); and Quick’N Forwarding, East Brunswick, N.J. (Martin Frisch, vice president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from In & Out Trading, La Porte, Texas (Hickam K. Farhat, president); Elikort Transport Services, Middle River, Md. (Elijah O. Thomson, member); and Flow Logistics, Walnut, Calif. (Becky Bouey, president).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Clover Internacional, Houston (Juan L. Castillo, president); Doma Export Co., Linden, N.J. (Pawel Watracz, managing director of freight procurement and safety); PNPline, North Bergen, N.J. (Byungji “Christian” Moon, chief operating officer); Rainier Overseas Movers, Newcastle, Wash. (Richard D. Haas, president); Sino-MSL Lines, Jamaica, N.Y. (Chester Tong, president); U.S.A. Cargo Corp., Miami (Lilian S. Garcia, secretary); A+ Airfreight, Spring, Texas (Brenda J. Boren, secretary); D&D Transport, Meridian, Miss. (Akshay M. Vaidya, vice president); Meiko America, Torrance, Calif. (Somchai Deepipat, assistant secretary); and UFS Logistics, Ontario, Calif. (Elsa Y. Feng, president); for a name change to Rhenus Project Logistics from KOG Transport, New York (Colin J. D’Abreo, president); for removing trade name Alexim Moving from ATC Cargo, Miami (Luciano C. Campos, president); and for removing trade name Nelson-Westerberg International and adding trade name Westerberg Global Mobility Services from NEWESCO, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (John R. Westerberg, chairman).
