FMC reviews 15 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 15 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Global Logistic Solution Center, Irvine, Calif. (Mamdouh S. Mokhtar, member); ILE Global, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Victor Pezzelato, vice president); Morgan USA Logistics, Syosset, N.Y. (Kit Hui, president); and Speedway USA, Gardena, Calif. (Han C. Kim, secretary)
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from American Cargocare, Artesia, Calif. (Nicholas L. Pullen, president); First Cargo Coast Group, Jacksonville, Fla. (Dewey E. Painter, chief operations officer); Full House Logistics, Riverside, Calif. (Stanley J. Jozwiak, president), Graceworld, Hawthorne, Calif. (Tracey Stine, chief financial officer); Nema, Duluth, Ga. (Christopher J. Reilly, vice president); and Seahorse Forwarding, Fort Lee, N.J. (Mary C. Sullivan, vice president).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Point Global Logistics, Fairview, N.C. (Gustavo Kolmel, president); and WI Global Link, Miami (Haydn Mitchell, vice president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Dey Cargo Corp., Atlanta (John J. Laird, secretary); and Intergroup Consolidators, Medley, Fla. (Raul E. Rodriguez, president); and to delete trade names American Patriot Lines and Transworld Shipping from Transcon Shipping Co., Los Angeles (Terrence P. Lynch, president).
