(Kenneth Ebenmelu, president); Flowave Forwarding Network Corp., Salem, Mass. (Michael J. DeMarco, owner); Full Circle Shipping, Miami, Fla. (Philip D. Rocco, manager); G.V.A. International Services, Miami, Fla. (Vivien Arcila, director); and JJB Trucking Services & Shipping, Elizabeth, N.J. (Bertha Triminio, member).
The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder licence from New World International, Chicago, Ill. (David W. Marx, secretary).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Freight Forwarding Network Corp., Miami, Fla. (Arlyn Hidalgo, director); and Perimeter International, Irving, Texas (David C. McCormack, assistant secretary); for the addition of trades to Serpa USA from Concept Cargo Freight & Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Milton A. Rocha, president); and MTS Transportation from Sunway Express, City of Industry, Calif. (Qiling “Shirley’ Wu, chief executive officer); and for a license transfer from One Source Logistics to Titan 3PL, Grapevine, Texas (Sam Carr, president).
