Port Authority of NY/NJ will start dray truck ID system

Starting Aug. 19, trucks entering the secure area of a marine terminal in the Port of New York and New Jersey, must be registered in the port’s drayage truck registry (DTR) and authorized to conduct business at port authority terminals.
