FMC reviews 16 OTI license applications

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Braid Projects (USA), Houston, Texas (George K. Chalos, president); United Stone Global Logistics, San Gabriel, Calif. (Linneke Puspasari, president); and US Cargo Line, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Zhen “Michael” H. Xiao, president).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Here to There Services, Orlando, Fla. (Roun Francois, president); JZ Expedited Logistics, Jacksonville, Fla. (Gloria A. Matthews, secretary); Pinnacle International, Madison, Ala. (Johnny M. Summers, manager); and Specialty Cargo Transport, Redondo Beach, Calif. (Barry M. Friedman, member).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Freightcan, Jamaica, N.Y. (Dinesh P. Attavar, vice president); and Knopf International, Alexandria, Va. (Siegfried J. Zarwel, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Anker International, Marietta, Ga. (Nils P. Marxen, member); Hill Brothers International Logistics, Omaha, Neb. (Robert “Skip” R. Isaacson, assistant secretary); TCC Gulf, La Porte, Texas (Meagen J. Barnett, vice president); and Unico Logistics USA, Carson, Calif. (Hyeon Sang Shin, president); for a transfer to Maritime Logistics Group from Fast Star Forwarding, Miami, Fla. (Jorge Victoriano, president); for the removal of trade name BK Logistics Co. from CMK Logistics Corp., Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Christine M. Kim, chief executive officer); and for the addition of trade names Dietl International Services, Cosdel International Transportation, removal of names Rock-IT Shipping, R.E. Rogers, and Sound Moves of Pennsylvania, and removal of NVO service from Rock-It Cargo USA, Huntingdon Valley, Pa. (David Bernstein, chairman).
