The agency received an NVO-ocean freight forwarder license application from Leading Edge Logistics, Newtown Square, Pa. (Thomas D. Torcomian, chief executive officer); and ocean freight forwarder license applications from Sofija Gjonbalaj, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Sofija Gjonbalaj, sole proprietor); and Solomon Emeke, Ellicott City, Md. (Solomon Emeke, sole proprietor).
In addition, the agency received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Jarvis International Freight, Houston (Walter Krauklis, ocean transportation intermediary compliance officer); and TTS Worldwide, West Babylon, N.Y. (Bernadette Proctor, vice president).
