FMC reviews 20 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 20 license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Alibaba Global Shipping, Oakland, Calif. (Gary Sachs, chief financial officer); HSHK Corp., Staten Island, N.Y. (Hanan W. Seif, president); Inter-Trade Liner Shipping Co., San Pedro, Calif. (Kyung H. Oh, director); J&S Infinity, Palisades Park, N.J. (Choong G. Jung, vice president); Rapidex USA, Somerset, N.J. (Mohamed Y. Ali, manager); Speedier Shipping, Great Neck, N.Y. (Kasinee Thongprasert, president); and Thuan Loi Shipping, Rosemead, Calif. (Stacy Duong, chief executive officer).
   The agency received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from All Transport Export, Norcross, Ga. (Valery Baranouski, president); Broom U.S.A., Miami (Julian A. Scattolini, vice president); Earth Relocation, Jersey City, N.J. (Samir Shah, vice president of operations); LDS Global Corp., East Rutherford, N.J. (James M. Ryoo, president); and Straight Line Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Carlos H. Ortiz, managing member).
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Centro Marine Freight Forward, Los Angeles (Ana Serrano, managing member); and CR&J Logistics, Lake Worth, Fla. (Joseph G. Mazzarise, vice president).
   In addition, the FMC received applications for a change to qualifying individual from Associated Global Systems, New Hyde Park, N.Y. (James N. Tucci, chief executive officer); Interlog USA, Minneapolis (Brent A. Koughan, secretary); and Korea Express U.S.A., Cranbury, N.J. (Tony S. Chon, assistant secretary); for name changes from Cargo Management Group, Miami (Cristian Afanador, vice president); and JS Logistics, Chino Hills, Calif. (Lee Wong, secretary); and for a change in business structure from AB Global Logistics Consulting, Santa Monica, Calif. (Andrea Bigi, president).
