In his new position at AEDC, Bittner will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the organization as well as developing new projects and initiatives to drive the organization forward. Since joining AEDC in 2011, he has developed national and international outreach programs to attract new businesses and industries to Alaska.
AEDC is a private, nonprofit organization developed in 1987 to encourage growth and to diversify the Anchorage economy. The organization has more than 235 investors, which represent all industries in Anchorage and Alaska.
