Biden blamed a trucker for his wife’s death. She had ran a stop sign and was smashed to death. Joe Biden said the trucker was drunk. The police determined drugs and alcohol WERE NOT involved.
Biden never apologized or retracted his statements.
The trucker became suicidal.
