CHM Maritime expands Mexico barge operation

CHM Maritime, a subsidiary of Cashman Equipment Corp., has added two 300-foot-by-100-foot deck barges to its fleet in Tampico, Mexico.

   CHM Maritime, a subsidiary of Cashman Equipment Corp., has added two 300-foot-by-100-foot deck barges to its fleet in Tampico, Mexico.
   Both barges, JMC 3003 and JMC 3009, are Mexican-flagged, classed by American Bureau of Shipping, and available for immediate charter, the company said.
   CHM Martime plans to add more barges to its fleet in Mexico over the next several months.
   Cashman Equipment operates an inland and ocean fleet of more than 130 barges, tugs and cranes. The company maintains its offices and fleet worldwide, including the United States, Mexico, Canada, Singapore/Australia, the Persian Gulf, West Africa and the Caspian Sea.
