Ekberg, a 25-year industry veteran, was most recently president of Kitchen & Bath Americas for Kohler Co. Before that, he was division president and a board member at Weitz Co., a construction firm based in Des Moines, Iowa. He also held senior management roles at Hirsh Industries, a West Des Moines manufacturer of consumer and commercial storage products.
