Executive moves: Bay & Bay and ACI

Bay & Bay has appointed a new vice president, while ACI named new facilitation and IT director.    St. Paul, Minn.-based Bay & Bay has hired Aaron Thompson as executive vice president of trucking. He has previously worked for both large and small truck leasing and sales outfits throughout the upper-Midwest.

   Airports Council International, based in Montreal, has appointed Antoine Rostworowski as director of facilitation and information technology. He has worked for several carriers and airports, including Canada 3000, Air Canada and Aéroports de Montréal, as well as on various International Air Transport Association and ACI committees.
