Executive moves: C.R. England and Port of Houston

C.R. England named two executives to HR positions and the Port of Houston reappointed Dean Corgey to the port commission.    C.R. England has appointed Mitch England to vice president of driver relations and promoted Lisa Callister to vice president of human resources. Mitch England, who joined the company in 2007, previously served as vice president of human resources. Callister joined C.R. England in October 2013 as director of human resources. Before that, she was vice president of human resources at Zions Bancorporation. 

   Dean E. Corgey was reappointed port commissioner of the Port of Houston Authority. He was first named to the position in January 2013. Corgey has been vice president of the Seafarers International Union (SIU), responsible for the Gulf Coast region, since 1990. He also serves as vice president of the international union.
