Executive Moves: Clinton County Port Authority and Port Freeport

Clinton County Port Authority appoints new executive director, while Port Freeport names business development director.    The Clinton County Port Authority in Ohio has appointed Dan Evers as executive director. He replaces Kevin Carver, who is retiring from the position. Evers joins the port authority after serving as director of GROW Licking County Community Improvement Corp. and as economic development director for the Licking County Chamber of Commerce. The port authority operates the Wilmington Air Park, a 1,900-acre airport/development complex.
   
   Port Freeport in Texas has named Jason Miura director of business and economic development. He joins the port authority with 10 years of maritime shipping industry and project management experience.
