Executive Moves: INTTRA, Chicago South Shore & South Bend Railroad and TIACA

INTTRA appoints new president and COO, while the Chicago South Shore & South Bend Railroad names president and TIACA adds a board member.

   Online ocean freight booking platform INTTRA has promoted Inna Kuznetsova to president and chief operating officer. She joined the company in 2015 as president of INTTRA Marketplace. Prior to that, she was a chief executive at CEVA Logistics.

   Todd Bjornstad, formerly general manager of the Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern Railroad (RCP&E), has been named president of the Chicago South Shore & South Bend Railroad Co.(CSS), effective March 1. He will succeed Andrew C. Fox, who will become chief executive officer for a transitional period, after which he will join CSS parent company Anacostia Rail Holdings. The CSS is one of six short line railroads operated by Anacostia Rail Holdings.

   Frank Newman, managing director of FedEx Services, has joined the board of The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA). Newman has more than 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, including senior roles with McDonnell Douglas and FedEx.
