Executive Moves: Kalmar and FECR

Kalmar, a subsidiary of cargo-handling equipment and systems manufacturer Cargotec, appoints new head of the Asia-Pacific region, while the Florida East Coast Railway names VP of carload sales.

   Peter McLean has been named head of the Asia-Pacific region for Kalmar, part of Cargotec. He succeeds Ken Loh, who has decided to leave Kalmar after 29 years but will continue as an advisor through the middle of next year. Meanwhile, McLean will also continue as president of Bromma until a successor is appointed. McLean brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Kalmar. 

   According to Progressive Railroading, the Florida East Coast Railway has appointed Bradley Hall vice president of sales for its carload segment. Hall previously served as vice president global, industrial, mining and freight solutions for Siemens Rail Automation.
