Executive moves: Momentum Transportation and LOC Group

Momentum Transportation appoints VP of marketing, while LOC Group names two directors.    Momentum Transportation USA, a subsidiary of Landstar, has appointed David Hoppens to vice president of sales and marketing. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his new position, having worked in senior management positions at CSX Transportation, Pacer International and U.S. Xpress.

   LOC Group, a marine engineering consultancy, has named John Quarrington group marine warranty surveying manager and Mark McGurran as Asia regional hull and machinery coordinator.
