Executive moves: NationaLease and ISS

NationaLease names a vice president for dedicated services, and ISS appoints new head for marine outsourcing.    NationaLease has named Victoria Kresge vice president of dedicated services. She comes to NationaLease from C. R. England in Salt Lake City, where she served as director of dedicated sales in the eastern United States. Prior to that, Kresge worked for Roadway Express, managing sales territory for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

   Inchcape Shipping Services has appointed Tony Carter to vice president of operations for marine outsourcing. Carter has more than 30 years of experience in international port agency work.
