Executive moves: TOTE Services, MBLX and AICM

TOTE Services names a new labor relations director, while MBLX appoints business development director and AICM has announced its chairman and CEO.    TOTE Services has promoted Michael J. “Mick” Kondracki to director of labor relations and risk management. He will oversee business relations with the Seafarers International Union and American Maritime Officers. 

   MBLX Inc., a division of Livingston International, has appointed Mike Edwards to the newly created position of director of business development.  He will be responsible for generating new services for customers, while expanding MBLX into markets that use rail and truck transport as extensions of the river network. Previously, Edwards managed transportation for Nucor’s Gallatin steel mill at Ghent, Ky.

   American Intermodal Container Manufacturing (AICM) has appointed Jack Allen to chairman. He was formerly executive vice president and chief operating officer of Navistar. AICM also named Patrick Marron as chief executive officer. He was previously COO of Four Seasons.
