Executive Moves: UP, Aljex, CentrePort Canada and Allen Lund Co.

Union Pacific promotes VPs and Aljex Software names VP of sales and marketing, while CentrePort Canada appoints CFO and the Allen Lund Co. picks Atlanta office manager.    Union Pacific has named John Kaiser vice president of strategic planning. He has been vice president and general manager for intermodal since 2003. Kaiser joined Union Pacific 14 years ago as vice president and general manager of automotive.
   Jason Hess has been appointed vice president and general manager for intermodal, succeeding Kaiser. He has been vice president and general manager of agricultural products since March 2014. 
   Brad Thrasher has been named vice president and general manager of agriculture products, succeeding Hess. Thrasher has been vice president and general manager of industrial products since March 2012.
   Union Pacific has appointed Kenny Rocker vice president and general manager of industrial products, succeeding Thrasher. Rocker currently serves as assistant vice president of chemicals. 
   The new roles take effect Sept. 1.

   Robyn Freeman has been named executive vice president of sales and marketing for Aljex Software. Before that, she was executive vice president of sales. Freeman joined Aljex in 2007.

   CentrePort Canada has appointed Larry Johnson chief financial officer. The past 15 years he has held CFO and vice president of finance positions in manufacturing, financial services, property development and agriculture.

   The Allen Lund Co. has promoted Jim Scazzero to manager of its Atlanta office. He joined the company in 1991, and was promoted to assistant manager in 2001.
