The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Carico USA, Houston (Francisco Gonzalez, managing member); Gemini Logistics, Jacksonville, Fla. (Colleen E. Delk, vice president); LV Shipping (USA), Humble, Texas (Joseph Carrion, president); and Nica Mar Corp., Miami (Amarilis Flores, secretary).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from O.K. Cargo Corp., Miami (Jorge L. Garcia, president); and Next Day Cargo, Doral, Fla. (Ramiro A. Abreu, president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Ambassador International, Sterling, Va. (John D. Morrissette, president); Ocean World Lines, Lake Success, N.Y. (Roland Cardoza, regional vice president); and RF International, Lake Success, N.Y. (Roland Cardoza, regional vice president); and for a name change from Racon Line, Paramount, Calif. (Maximiliaan Hoes, president) to CFR Rinkens.
