FMC reviews 12 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 12 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review. 
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from A&E Logistics, Chicago (Alison Chan, president); AZ Express Freight, Chino Hills, Calif. (Bin “Ada” Zhou, chief executive officer); GB America, Irvine, Calif. (Jo Ning Huang, member); Neptune Logistics, Hagerstown, Md. (Fateh B. Harisinghani, treasurer); Proline Shipping Houston, Houston (Susan Wong, treasurer); and SNS Global Logistic, Springfield Gardens, N.Y. (Dong Hoon Yum, secretary). 
   The agency also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Dug Cargo, Miami (David Valencia, manager); and Global USA, Burbank, Calif. (Mikayel Hayrapetyan, chief financial officer).  
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to a qualifying individual from Expert Log, Doral, Fla. (Annia Ortiz, manager); for a business structure change from Amy Miwon Park, Torrance, Calif. (Amy M. Park, sole proprietor) to Amp Shipping International; and a trade name change from Concept Cargo Freight & Logistics, Miami (Milton A. Rocha, director) to Serpa Group. The FMC received applications for transfer requests from Carolina Shipping Co., Charleston, S.C. (Dennis J. Forsberg, manager) to Biehl & Co. South Carolina; and Secure Transportation and Relocation International, Sterling, Va. (James Re, member) to Star International Movers.
