FMC reviews 13 OTI license applications

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Bass Logistics Corp., Honolulu (Ali B. Nikkhoo, president); C&A International Shipping, La Puente, Calif. (Charlotte Wang, chief executive officer); Great Pacific Logistics, Las Vegas (Ermie Obien, executive managing director); JDI Logistics Corp., Norwalk, Calif. (Dennis Kim, chief executive officer); JDY International, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Jack Hao, president); Jordan Logistics, Orlando, Fla. (John P. Jordan, manager); ICargo Logistics, Chino, Calif. (Kui Cheng Su, president); United Yacht Transport, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Gail T. Ryan, vice president); and VM Cargo International, Huntington Beach, Calif. (So V. Lee, member).
   The agency also received an ocean freight forwarder licence application from Pacorini Metals USA, Baltimore (Franciscus Zwanenburg, secretary).
   In addition, the FMC received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Caucas International, Vienna, Va. (Rami S. Abuhamdeh, executive vice president); Oddessa Imports Corp., Doral, Fla. (Angel R. Casanova Lezama, president); and Omni Shipping Services, Tampa, Fla. (Lawrence DePace, president).
