FMC reviews 13 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 13 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Feiliks Global Logistics Corp., Jamaica, N.Y. (Ami K. Wey, president); Hye Mi Express U.S.A., Torrance, Calif. (Kil Soo “Ben” Hur, president); and Sea Marine Transport, Huixquilucan, Mexico (Moises L. Sarabia, president).
   The agency also received an NVO/ocean freight forwarder license application from Right Link Freight Forwarding Corp., Coral Gables, Fla. (Jesus Chinea, vice president). Ocean freight forwarder license applications came from Adrian’s Export Services Corp., Miramar, Fla. (Elsie Delossantos, secretary); and G Max Distributors, Miami (Hugo D. Carmona, secretary).
   In addition, the FMC received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from CAP Worldwide, Houston (Brian Tibbetts, treasurer); Innerpoint Corp., Torrance, Calif. (Keun Bae Ko, president); Intermodal Tank Transport (USA), Houston (William M. Caldwell, vice president); and T.V.L. Global Logistics (N.Y.) Corp., Flushing, N.Y. (Chun Yat Chang, vice president); additional trade names from AZ Freight International, City of Industry, Calif. (Lang Zhang, president) for RDD Freight Int’l (LAX); and Contract Logistics, Oklahoma City, Okla. (Thomas W. Young, vice president) for Smart Lines Worldwide; and for a name change from Sumikin International Transport (U.S.A.), Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Masatomo Morita, assistant vice president) to Nippon Steel & Sumikin Logistics (U.S.A.).
