The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Conavenca Freight Forwarder, Doral, Fla. (Manuel D. Ordaz, member); DOF Cargo, Miami (Rafael E. Garcia, president); Global Procurement & Logistics, Silver Spring, Md. (Antoinette T. Dove, member); Meridian Freight, Aventura, Fla. (Aexey Rybnikov, president); TCK Express, Oakland Gardens, N.Y. (Lang Quan Ruan, president); and Transnica International, Miami (Carmen M. Olivares, president).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Majestic Xpress, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Elson L. Walker, member); and Wells Logistics, Monticello, N.Y. (Marilyn H. Cohen, member).
In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from EP America, Houston (Jose Morales Garza, director); Len-Mar Shipping, Jamaica, N.Y. (Dirk Chee-A-Tow, chief executive manager); MOL Logistics (USA), Jericho, N.Y. (Scott E. Larson, senior vice president); and PNG Worldwide, Lititz, Pa. (Patricia N.
