FMC reviews 22 OTI license applications

Individuals knowing of a reason why an applicant should not receive a license should contact the Office of Transportation Intermediaries.    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 22 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license application from Caliber Cargo Logistics, Corona, Calif. (Christina C. Wu, president).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Cargoprime, Los Angeles (Yun C. Hwang, member); Grupo JL Logistics, Miami (Juan L. Ochoa, member); JSL Logistics, Cerritos, Calif. (Charles S. Hwang, CEO); and SNA Cargo, New York (Alberto R. Veliz, operations manager).
   The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license from Xpress Freight Services, Doral, Fla. (Keera Lue Qui, treasurer).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from ANSA MCAL (U.S.), Miami (Wendell G. Beckles, president); Core Freight, Great Neck, N.Y. (Bo Yu Zheng, president); Deluxe Shipping, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Michelle R. Recupero, secretary); Egreen Transport Corp., Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. (Joe Chen, chief financial officer); EZ Logistics, Englewood Cliffs, N.J. (Rizhun Chen, president); Honour Lane Logistics (USA), City of Industry, Calif. (Jacob Bech-Hansen, vice president); LAM USA International Transport, Miami (Arturo R. Alvarez, manager); McBaker International, Houston (Carlos A. Fraile Cabello, president); Navia USA, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Jennifer L. Eastep, manager); Pantos USA, Englewood Cliffs, N.J. (Gyeonghan “Tim” Lee, vice president); Siman Logistics, Bensenville, Ill. (Christian Ludwig, president); Tazmanian Freight Forwarding, Middleburg Heights, Ohio (Dennis Garcia, vice president of international); Waterview Logistics, Cedar Park, Texas (Joshua M. Leibman, managing member); and Zoom Ocean Freight, Miami (Jonathan Rodriguez, manager); and for the addition of trade names Interport Cargo Logistics from Interocean Cargo Logistics, Santa Ana, Calif. (Cory Nelson, president); and Patco Shipping from Practical Shipping Corp., Middle Island, N.Y. (Keith M. Taylor, president).
