FMC reviews 22 OTI license applications

The U.S. maritime regulator has received 22 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 22 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Total Cargo Express Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Yung Kwan Choi, secretary); Grand Oriental Int’l Logistics Co. Ltd., Diamond Bar, Calif. (Steven Y. C. Lai, president); and MPM USA, Miami (Scarlett Lerperger, manager).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from ECCP Logistics, Alhambra, Calif. (Jennifer Wang, president); Going Your Way Management Group, Hanover, Md. (Shawn Scott, vice president); Icube Logistics, South Plainfield, N.J. (Christopher Madawela, director); Prime Cargo USA, Bensenville, Ill. (Eugen Miu, president); Qualified Cargo Solutions, Hoffman Estates, Ill. (Lisa A. Olson, president); Titanium International, Miami (Jose A. Francone, president); Tower Logistics Group, Miami (Donaldo H. Pertuz, member); WAL Logistics, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. (Yuxia Han, member/manager); and Well-Timed Group, West Covina, Calif. (Yanyu Lu, chief executive officer).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from America Pacific Container Line, Long Beach, Calif. (Eduardo C. Ferrer, president); Safco Int’l Freight Forwarders, Los Angeles (Theresa S. Chen, chief executive officer); Jantzen International Ltd., Elk Grove, Ill. (Mary B. Wilson, director); Jumbo Transport International, Roseland, N.J. (Miriam Quinones, assistant vice president); Noble Shipping Corp., Monterey Park, Calif. (Ginger W. L. Awana, secretary); RLE International, Doral, Fla. (Oscar D. Matus Jr., secretary/treasurer); SFS Cargo Express, Miami (Juan C. Sevilla, president); and UFS Logistics, Ontario, Calif. (Cindy S. Fu, secretary); for a name change to CJ Logistics U.S.A. Corp. fro CJ Korea Express U.S.A. Corp., Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Tony Chon, president); and for a business structure and transfer to Manzanares Enterprises from Amadeo Manzanares, Gretna, La. (Amadeo Manzanares, member).
