FMC reviews 27 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 27 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.

   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Manufacturing Equipment & Tools Export, Miami (Enrique Schmid, director/president); Ocean Cargo Logistics Group, Miami (Juan C. Gonzalez, member/manager); Gruden USA, Hoboken, N.J. (Carmella De Primo, vice president); American Trailer Express, Doral, Fla. (Roberto Faith, president); O.T.S. Logistics, Gardena, Calif. (Nol E. Burger, president); Tomcar Investment USA, North Lauderdale, Fla. (Orlando Cabrera, president); Alfa International Logistics, South San Francisco, Calif. (Sophie Chen, chief executive officer); and Transitex International Ltd. Co., Abidjan, Ivory Coast (Kan R. Nguessan, owner).

   The FMC received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Consolidators International, Los Angeles (Ronen Donde, vice president); Fluent Logistics, Summerville, S.C. (Hugh R. Parrish, president); FS Goodship, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Robert Villiard, president); Overseas Cargo, Boca Raton, Fla. (Suramya T. Atapattu, president); Dimar International Cargo Corp., Miami (Rafael A. Marmolejos, president); Mainfreight, Carson, Calif. (Christopher A. Coppersmith, president); Woojin Global Logistics USA, Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Eric S. Lee, chief financial officer); Konig International Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Macro A. Guerra Jr., president); SM Logistics, Mirada, Calif. (Asdin Ng, president); Synergetic Specialty Logistics, Bensenville, Ill. (Eric G.    The agency also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from ICAT Logistics, Elkridge, Mo. (Christian N. Cser, ocean freight director); Express Shipping Logistics, Glen Ellyn, Ill. (Abedaslam H. Ayesh, president); and River City Global Logistics, Erlanger, Texas (Sean Brandenburg, member/manager).
