FMC reviews 32 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 32 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from BeyondVista Corp., Torrance, Calif. (Cathy H. Ling, secretary); SFL Worldwide, Farmers Branch, Texas (Purveen Shah, member); and Plex International Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Luciano Zucki, member). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Integrated Global Logistics, Woodbridge, N.J. (Anthony Graffia, member); International Movers, Marlboro, N.J. (Michael Dragin, manager); Maltacourt Global Logistics, Redondo Beach, Calif. (Mario Bravo, operating manager); Miami Ocean Logistics, Doral, Fla. (Mary J. Bruno, secretary); Wiz Logis USA, Cerritos, Calif. (Jong “Jake” K. Park, secretary); Dalko Resources, Sharpsville, Pa. (William E. Welch, III, president of sales); FML Logistics, Inglewood, Calif. (Lang-Yun Chen, vice president of ocean services); Goodrich Americas, Piscataway, N.J. (Rajkumar Walanj, secretary); Infiniti Logistics, Leawood, Kan. (Dave Gibbons, president); Lotus Trading Corp., Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Juliet Castillo, treasurer); MV Logistics, Richmond Hill, Ga. (Bruce F. McCray, president); Ocean View Logistics, Jersey City, N.J. (Isabel Heasty, member); Right Link Freight Forwarding Corp., Doral, Fla. (Sonia Rullier, secretary); Specialty Cargo, Seattle (Brian A. Swett, treasurer); and Transportation Services International, Linden, N.J. (Richard Harty, president). 
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Golden Wings International Trade & Logistics, Weston, Fla. (Sascha Ibarra, president); and Transoceanic Development, New Orleans (Gregory R. Rusovich, manager).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Korchina Logistics USA, Buena Park, Calif. (Jin Kim, secretary); Bergen Logistics, Hillsdale, N.J. (Carl R. Varner, managing vice president); Cargo Partner Network, Rosedale, N.Y. (Brian Best, vice president); Mainfreight, Carson, Calif. (Jason Braid, vice president of air and ocean); Supply Chain Shipping, Grand Rapids, Mich. (James W. Ward, chief operating officer); Tradewinds International, Hillsdale, N.J. (Richard Harty, president); and Trenmar International Shipping, Manorville, N.Y. (Roy A. Trendel, president); for name changes from STS Logistics USA, Bellevue, Wash. (Nickolay A. Nickolaychuk, president) to Amrus Logistics; Lavinstar Logistics, Iselin, N.J. (Martin J. Aranha, president) to Lavinstar America; NewPort Tank Containers, Cleveland (Frederick M. Hunger, chairman) to NewPort Tank Containers (USA); and Seibu Transportation Co., Los Angeles (Akihiro Otaka, vice president) to Seino Super Express Co.; and for the addition of trade names Project Freight and Link Logistics from Continental Services & Carrier, Miami (Rodolfo Luciani, vice president).
