FMC reviews 37 OTI license applications

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Evolution Logistics Corp., Medley, Fla. (Carlos Gutierrez, vice president); Feimann Logistics, Monterey Park, Calif. (Francis Y. Liang, vice president); Ibpacks, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Brenda H. Roe, treasurer); KYS Logistics, City of Industry, Calif. (Kevin L. Sin, chief executive officer); SLI Global Logistics, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Marco A, Salazar, president); Stella International, San Carlos, Calif. (Guy Perego, president); Win Global Logistics Corp., Jamaica, N.Y. (Yiwei “Cathy” Huang, vice president); Atlantic Net Logistics Corp., Rockville Centre, N.Y. (Mengsha Xu, president); and OL USA, Westbury, N.Y. (Alan E. Baer, president). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Alliance International Shipping, Miami (Manuel Valdes, managing member); Exportout, Jacksonville, Fla. (Ahmed N. Abdalhadi, manager); Manchola Cargo Corp., Miami (Luz A. Machola, president); Pinpoint, Houston (Richard J. Giliganic, president); Uniocean Group, City of Industry, Calif. (Lili W. Yan, manager); and Aetna Logistics Group, Westchester, Ill. (Gjaneto Harusha, president). 
   The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Quazi Auto Group, Chandler, Ariz. (Akwasi Oppong, member); David W. Ma, San Francisco (David W. Ma, sole proprietor); and Leemax Shipping, Charlotte, N.C. (Jian M. Li, chief executive officer).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to a qualifying individual from Cargo Brokers International, Forest Park, Ga.
