The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from JJSOL, Atlanta, Ga. (James A. Burghart, president); Melat Worldwide, Houston, Texas (Muhammad M. Rakhshani, president); and The Cargo International Logistics, Anaheim, Calif. (Matthew S. Kang, president).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Green Maple Corp., City of Industry, Calif. (Danyang Zhao, chief executive officer); and OSS Freight Solutions, San Benito, Texas (William Fedee, executive director of international sales).
In addition, the agency received license applications for a change to qualifying individual from BNBU Global, Hermosa Beach, Calif. (Erik J. Berezowksy, vice president of sales and marketing); CMX Global Logistics, St. Petersburg, Fla. (Kimberly A. Lee, vice president); Elite International Shipping Co., Irvington, N.J. (Emmanuel L. Agboh, president); Jet Shipping Co., Hialeah, Fla. (Celia I. Espinosa, president); UniGroup Worldwide, Fenton, Mo. (Jason M. Dunn, assistant secretary); United Van Lines International, Fenton, Mo. (Jason M. Dunn, assistant secretary); and UniTrans International, Reston, Va. (Abdul Qargha, vice president); for the addition of trade name AB International Logistics Group from AB International Brokers, Miami (Aurora F. Goderich, president); and for a name change to AMC Transportation from Consolidation Services, Oak Brook, Ill. (William Huang, president).
