Fulcrum acquires Canada’s National Logistics Services

Ontario-headquartered firm focuses on fashion, footwear and action wear.

   The private equity firm Fulcrum Capital Partners said it has acquired National Logistics Services, a Mississaugua, Ontario-headquartered logistics firm.
    National Logistics Services describes itself as “Canada’s leading logistics provider for fashion, footwear, actionwear and general merchandise.”
   In operation since 1967, NLS has facilities in both Toronto, Ontario, and Vancouver, British Columbia.
   Fulcrum says it invests in manufacturing, services, distribution and logistics, consumer products and a number of other industries.
