Fulton

Kathy Fulton was appointed executive director of the American Logistics Aid Network, after serving as interim head following the death of the organization’s founding president Jock Menzies in August 2013.
Fulton joined ALAN in 2010 as director of operations.
ALAN, which is supported by 23 professional and industry supply chain associations, coordinates the donation of logistics products and services to improve nonprofit organizations’ abilities to respond to disasters.
“Under Fulton’s leadership, the organization has continued to serve in this capacity, engaging support for such events at the spring tornadoes that devastated small towns in Arkansas and Mississippi and the deadly Ebola outbreak in West Africa,” the organization said in a statement.
ALAN also announced the addition of two volunteers who will support the organization’s outreach to businesses, emergency management, and nonprofit organizations. Joel D. Anderson, former president and chief executive officer of the International Warehouse Logistics Association, joined ALAN as an industry liaison, and Felicia C. Alexander, a business development professional with supply chain management and real estate experience, will serve as the organization’s agency liaison in California.
