Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Before the acquisition, Our Freight Guy was an agent of GlobalTranz since 2013. Our Freight Guy’s Riverside location will now become a GlobalTranz branch office.
GlobalTranz has been on a rampant acquisition spree during the past two years. Our Freight Guy marks the Phoenix-based company’s eighth acquisition since January 2017.
In October 2018, GlobalTranz completed a takeover of AFN Logistics, a Chicago-based freight brokerage and 3PL, and SynchOne, a Greensboro, N.C.-based freight brokerage, in August 2018.
GlobalTranz expects these acquisitions to increase its revenue to more than $1.5 billion.
