Globe Tracker, a Danish firm, specializes in global assets tracking, while Busan, South Korea-based Total Soft Bank is a global port and maritime information technology company.
The new venture will focus on the delivery of wireless tracking solutions for marine terminal operations. The technology will provide access, control and sharing of trade data, asset visibility and real-time security, the companies said in a statement.
