Hellmann names Birnbaum VP ocean development

   Hellmann Worldwide Logistics has appointed Frederick Birnbaum to vice president of U.S. sales and ocean development.
   In this role, he will work closely with all levels of the company and have responsibility of the U.S. corporate sales team. He will also develop and expand existing opportunities throughout the Hellmann network with a primary focus on the U.S. region, the third party logistics firm said.
   Birnbaum has worked in Asia for the past 13 years and has more than 25 years of experience in sales and management in the transportation industry.
